The following disclosures are provided in compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws.

Your Federal Rights (CROA)

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly.
• The credit bureau must remove accurate, current, and verifiable information only in rare cases.
• You have a right to a free copy of your credit report from each major bureau every 12 months.
• You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA.
• You have the right to cancel your contract within 3 business days under federal law.

Florida 5-Day Right to Cancel
